Selection and screening
The facilities dedicated to selection and screening represent the core of the material recovery process.
- Manual and mechanical selection: The material undergoes a thorough inspection to remove any impurities and separate different types of metals. This phase combines the manual skill of operators with advanced technologies, ensuring high precision.
- Screening: The screening plants separate materials based on particle size, producing homogeneous and high-quality fractions ready for further processing.

Briquetting system
The briquetting system consists of 7 briquetting machines that transform metal materials into compact blocks called “briquettes”.
- The process involves compressing metal residues, reducing their volume without altering their chemical characteristics.
- This system offers significant logistical advantages, facilitating the storage and transportation of materials and making the final product more convenient to use in industrial processes.
The briquettes produced are highly valued by steel mills for their added value and simplified handling.
Analysis laboratory
The analysis laboratory is a strategic element to ensure the quality of recovered materials.
- It is equipped with a spectrometer, an instrument that allows precise analysis of the chemical composition of the processed metals.
- Analyses are carried out during critical stages of the production process, ensuring that the secondary raw materials meet the standards required by regulations and customers.
