Chief Executive Officers Andrea Pensotti and Edoardo Pensotti continue the tradition of excellence and reliability already established with Com.Steel S.p.A. Our history
The facility, initially part of Com.Steel S.p.A., acquired its own identity following the spin-off of a business unit at the end of November 2023. This marked the official founding of Com.Steel INOX S.p.A., which became operational in early 2024.
As part of a further strategic development, at the beginning of 2024, 63% of the company’s shares were acquired by Cogne Acciai Speciali, strengthening our market position through the entry of a leading industry partner.
The facility’s operational activities began in the first months of 2024, with the goal of excelling in the field of ferrous material recovery.
